Compassionate doula support for families navigating the child welfare system.
Interactions with the child welfare system can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating.

Whether you're preparing for a first meeting, responding to concerns, working with an ongoing file, or simply trying to understand the process, you don't have to navigate it alone.

Radiant offers free, individualized support to help parents and caregivers understand child welfare processes, prepare for meetings, organize information, explore available resources, and feel more confident advocating for themselves and their families.

Support is educational and practical in nature and is available at any stage of child welfare (CAS) involvement. Every family's situation is different, and support is tailored to your unique needs.

This service is offered at no cost through funding from the National Coalition for Doula Access.

Please note: Radiant Community Centre is an independent community organization and is not affiliated with or employed by Sarnia-Lambton Children's Aid Society or any child welfare agency. Support is provided independently and is centered on education, systems navigation, and helping families understand their options. This service does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
