Javi Aviles-Saez is a full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, and Evidence Based Birth® Instructor who provides compassionate birth support rooted in education, advocacy, and informed decision-making.
Birth doula care starts at $2,200. Payment plans are available.
Care Rooted in Experience
Javi has been supporting families in Sarnia-Lambton since 2019.
Her approach is warm, grounded, and practical, bringing together traditional knowledge and evidence-based practice.
Her experience includes hospital births, inductions, epidurals, cesarean births, VBACs, complicated pregnancies, and pregnancy and infant loss.
Javi takes the time to get to know each family: what matters to them, what helps them feel safe and supported, and how they want to be cared for.
As the founder of Radiant Community Centre in Sarnia's Mitton Village, Javi's work is also about building community, creating connection, and making pregnancy, birth, and postpartum feel less like something families have to navigate alone.

When you work with Javi, doula care isn't centred around achieving a particular kind of birth. Your choices, priorities, and definition of a positive birth are what guide the care you receive.
Whether your birth includes physiological labour, induction, an epidural, assisted birth, or a cesarean, Javi's role is to help you feel informed, respected, supported, and well cared for, including when plans change along the way.

Throughout pregnancy and birth, they can work together as part of your support team, with your needs and preferences at the centre.

Birth doula care — starting at $2,200.
Your birth doula package includes prenatal care, 24/7 on-call coverage from 36 weeks, continuous labour and birth support, backup coverage, and postpartum care.
Additional support can be added to your care, including prenatal and postpartum support, overnight care, meal preparation, and bodywork.
Flexible payment plans are available, with payments spread over up to six months.
Receipts are provided. Some extended health benefits and wellness spending accounts may reimburse doula care, depending on your individual plan.
