Reliable childcare is one of the biggest barriers families face, especially in the early years.
Radiant is in the early stages of building a Childcare Collective: a network of parents and caregivers interested in sharing care, organizing cooperative childcare initiatives, and supporting one another in practical ways.
We are currently gathering interest and beginning conversations about what this could look like locally.
