About the event
A two-day prenatal class for Sarnia parents-to-be. Come on your own or with a support person to learn, practice, and build confidence for labour and the early postpartum days.
Over the weekend, we’ll cover:
✨ What labour actually looks and feels like and how to work with your body
✨ Pain relief options (medical and non-medical) and how to choose what’s right for you
✨ Common interventions and how to navigate them with clarity and confidence
✨ Advocacy and communication skills (what to say, how to say it, and how to stay grounded)
