Fears about the pushing stage are common, especially around tearing.
This class is about replacing fear with understanding.
We take a close look at how the pelvic floor works during birth and what can help reduce the risk of tearing. You’ll learn how positioning, breath, pushing style, and partner support can influence how your body stretches and releases during the pushing stage.
