About the event
Telling exhausted parents to "never bedshare” is like teaching abstinence-only sex education. It doesn’t reflect how families actually live.
In this class, we cover the full picture of newborn sleep safety: including the ABCs of safe sleep and realistic, harm-reduction information about bedsharing.
You’ll learn:
• How to set up a safe sleep space
• Risk factors to understand and reduce
• When and how co-sleeping becomes higher or lower risk
